a decent stay

great location metro access shopping centre extra charge empty garbage disappointing view

The location was great, especially for getting around. i appreciated how close it was to the metro and a shopping centre. the train station was also super close. That was a bonus!

I had to pay extra for parking, and i wasn't aware of that. also, the garbage wasn't emptied. That was not nice. the view from the window was a bit disappointing. I expected better.

Wonderful Stay Close to Everything

The hotel is very close to the train station and a large shopping center. It is also an easy walk to the city center and nearby attractions. The room was spacious and provided ample storage. The check-in and check-out process was easy and efficient, and luggage storage was available after checking out.

The hotel's ongoing refurbishment caused a bit of noise during the day.

The room was well designed with great kitchen facilities and enough space. A big supermarket nearby made it easy to buy supplies. The presence of two apartments allowed communal areas to meet while still allowing for individual space.

The kitchenette had everything needed to make simple meals. Hot drinks were available anytime every day on the first floor. The option to prepare meals was nice because I could avoid eating out three times a day.

The location suited my purpose perfectly because it was close to everything. I was upgraded to what I believe was an apartment, and the amount of room was excellent. Luggage storage service was available.

The reception staff were friendly and smiling, providing great assistance. The staff spoke excellent English, which helped a lot. Check out was flexible and very helpful, especially with a later flight.

amazing location sunset view kitchenette area

the location was amazing it was super close to the eurostar the rooms were quite big and spacious i had a lovely view of the sunset from the 10th floor i liked the kitchenette area i could buy food back and chill out in the room it had good value for money

the lifts were broken i was on the 9th floor carrying luggage up those stairs was a real problem

adequate location overshadowed by room issues

leaking toilet tank shower door

the 24/7 reception was convenient for late arrivals and early departures.

the room felt quite worn overall the toilet tank leaked every time i flushed it was annoying the shower door leaked water all over the bathroom floor it was a constant mop up operation to prevent slipping i expected better maintenance for the price i paid

Awesome Location, Modern Rooms!

central location helpful staff clean apartment

I adored how central everything was! The location is unbeatable, near the mall. The staff members were wonderfully helpful, always ready with a smile. My studio apartment was super clean and had all the necessary accommodations. (The proximity to the stations was amazing!)

The entrance area had a slight odor. It smelled faintly of urine.

The breakfast café had a reasonable selection. Many options are available including pastries, cereals, and bread, all available until mid-morning. The coffee machine provided a good selection of hot drinks to start the day.

My apartment was spacious and well-kept. It looked to be recently renovated, and everything felt fresh. I especially appreciated the inclusion of a kitchen, fully equipped with modern appliances to enhance the stay.
